My new coworkers

I work from home now, and some of you may wonder what it's like to work alone. But really I'm never alone.

Here's my main man Cooper, aka Obsesso.

And that's Gypsy, wanting to kill Cooper as always. She works on the daybed in my office. ("Works"= sleeps)

...And that's Obsesso again.

Annnnnnd, Obsesso.

Ladies and gentlemen, Obsesso.

You need to delegate some responsibilities to him. Make him earn his keep, y'know?
You have your own office-that's great! You've got to be loving all that space.

Oh my god what a beautiful little boy! Daisy does the same thing to me. The other day she literally stood up and put her paws on my shoulders to get me to stop typing.

he's creeping me out, in a good way! :o) what fun to have such helpers in the office.

What does your sign say on your desk in your "office"?
Gypsy's work looks a lot like how my last principal worked.

A VERY obsessed Intern....the intern that would follow you around like a smitten puppy dog.

And Melikey, he is not creepy, just very licky.

I did intend for it to look creepy, though. I'm glad melikey picked up on that. The photo I missed is when he actually puts his head on the desk and looks up with sad "please play fetch" eyes.

The sign says, "I chose the road less traveled. Now, where the hell am I?"

Did you intend to show his sack? Oh, wait...who am I posing this question to? Oh yeah.

As you know, it's difficult to show him without showing his sack, since Cooper teabags the whole world.

I can’t believe that I just went back and looked at the pictures checking for sack.

    Ha!
Boy, I do intend to go to NOLA a lot! First I have to learn to drive stick (to drive bf's pickup), and then I'll reclaim my VW bus up in Jersey in Rocktober.

Hilarious! That is some spectactular photojournalism. I have a lot of catching up to do in the Cokaniverse, but the last couple posts have had me guffawing pretty loud...

I also chortled a little when Steve and I came across this while we were searching for a couple kitties of our own:

Does Coop know Wuh? You should ask him.

  • At 10:11 AM, Blogger Colleen said…

I've been meaning to tell you! Coop goes "Wuh" sometimes when he hears a noise, before bursting into full bark. I think he's paying tribute his buddy Wuh.

omg obsesso made me laugh so hard I think I hurt my back, seriously.

My parent’s lab does the same thing to me while I’m watching a movie at their house. Except every couple of minutes he lets a shrieking bark loose. It is so disconcerting.

    J,
yessss! a good old back-hurtin' laff.
that does sound disturbing. now i'm not as bothered by obsesso. although right now he's lying so close to the wheely chair i'm sitting in, that he's pushing it across the floor.

Hmmm...working? In all those shots, IM is the app on the top of the pile, followed by e-mail.

Hilarious pics--he somehow manages to be quite expressive with just 1.5 expressions.

I can't believe I went back and looked for the sack. What about dear old Bob Barker, though? Are you going to breed Coop?

  • At 12:26 PM, Blogger Colleen said…

I was wondering when someone would call that out. As a freelance writer, I often use email in my work. Not IM, though.
But a girl has to have some human contact.
Also, yes, Coop will prob be called upon to use his baton rouge for God's intended purpose at some point. The bf's mom breeds labs.
